Return any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail. A free pre-paid return label is included in most shipments. If a return label was not included with your order, or if the included label has been lost/misplaced, please message us for a pre-paid return label (free of charge). Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment.

Returns made after 30 days of the order shipment date will be left at the discretion of the UO MRKT seller. Items cannot be returned in Urban Outfitters stores, and there will be no exchanges accepted for UO MRKT orders.
