PopMarket wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our return policy below to determine if any special return conditions apply.
For DVDs, Blu-ray discs, HD-DVDs, Music, Books, Video Games, Fragrances and Fun Stuff items you may return your purchase within 30 days from the shipping date for a full refund or exchange, as long as the item is in its original unopened packaging. You are responsible for return shipping expenses unless you receive a damaged or defective item. Please refer to the information below for exceptions and specific policies concerning some product categories.
How To:
When making a return, place the item in the box in which it arrived and send it back to us via USPS Parcel Post. For your convenience, please use the label on the back of your packing slip. Don't forget to include a brief note stating the reason for the return.
If you receive a defective item, please enclose a brief note stating the nature of the defect, and we will refund it promptly upon return. Please use the return label on the reverse side of the packing slip and send it back to us via USPS Parcel Post. Note, all returns MUST include your Order Number and Contact Information.
The refund to your original payment method will be made when your return is processed in our warehouse. Shipping & Handling is nonrefundable.
