We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Merchandise purchased on Urban Outfitters’ marketplaces from LECHERY® may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase if it meets the following conditions:

Merchandise was purchased on Urban Outfitters’ marketplace from seller LECHERY®.
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.

Original condition is defined as:

All tags and barcodes are still attached to the product.
Material must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
Merchandise must be in its original packaging.

If your return does not meet the above criteria, we will not be able to process a refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and will include only the product and tax amount. Returns can only be completed in the country where the merchandise was purchased.

To return merchandise, please contact our customer service via your Order History to request a free shipping label. We do not accept returns not shipped with our free shipping label. Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive your returned merchandise. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment within 7-10 days of our warehouse receiving it. You will receive an email notification when we have finished processing your return.

LECHERY® does not currently offer exchanges. If we made an error on your order, please contact us via your Order History immediately and we will be happy to assist you.

LECHERY® reserves the right to make adjustments to the return policy.
