Items that are in a new, unused, and unwashed condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product. We do not refund shipping costs for returned items. Returned items showing signs of use, stains, and/or damage will be returned to the customer or subject to a 10-20% restock fee. Returned bags must be mailed back flat to avoid damage.

We are not responsible for items marked as delivered, but missing. Please wait an extra business day to see if the package arrives slightly late. We'd also encourage you to double check that the correct address was on file when placing the order, check if the correct apartment number was entered, check with the front desk or shared parcel locker of your apartment complex, with neighbors in case if it was delivered incorrectly, and with roommates or family members to see if they grabbed the package for you.
