Items that are in a new, unused, and unwashed condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product. We do not refund shipping costs for returned items. Returned items showing signs of use, stains, and/or damage will be returned to the customer or subject to a 10-20% restock fee. Returned bags must be mailed back flat to avoid damage.
