We unconditionally guarantee all unused or defective merchandise for 14 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused merchandise for a prompt refund. There will be a $4.95 restocking fee on all returns. All items must be in the condition you received them and in the original box. Items that are abused, broken, used, washed or damaged may not be returned.

You must notify Roan Iris before attempting a return. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted. If you need to make a return, please contact us through your order history to request a return in the messaging center.

Your form of payment will be credited for the price of item less the shipping unless the product is determined defective. Handmade products do have variations in size and style. This is a natural occurrence and the nature of handmade. The buyer is still responsible for return shipping if the item is being returned due to buyer’s particular taste preference. Your credit will appear after we have received and processed your returned item through our return procedure.
