UO MRKT Seller Shipping + Return Policy
At ROC Boots, our aim is to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase.
All returns must be requested within 30 days from receiving your order. Items must be returned in unworn condition and original unmarked packaging.
Should you wish to process a return, please contact us via your Order History indicating the product to be returned and we will provide a prepaid return label. Once the package has arrived to our warehouse and has been reviewed, a refund back to the original form of payment will be submitted.
Customs, Duties and Taxes are non-refundable by ROC Boots Australia if you choose to return your order.
Please note, all returns will have a restocking fee of $10.00.
