Silver Paw accepts returns and will issue refunds up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original packaging. A $15 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all returns.

Please inspect the condition of the shipping packaging & item(s) before removing the hanger and/or tags. Out of respect to our customers, we do not resell worn/used items - instead we donate them to our partner shelters & rescue centers like the SPCA.
