We use standard USPS first-class mail shipping which is 10-20 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once your order is shipped. Please confirm your billing and shipping address when placing an order. Sock Candy is not responsible for rerouting your packages and cannot refund your order due to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Please note some packages can take up to 4 weeks to arrive due to USPS delays. We cannot offer shipping refunds due to late arrival of packages - once packages are sent out delivery timing is out of our control. Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Sock Candy is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once your package leaves our facility it becomes the responsibility of USPS and all claims must be filed through them.

We offer free returns for domestic orders within 10 days of when you receive your order. The socks must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in new condition with its original packaging intact. Please note we are unable to refund the shipping cost.

As soon as we receive your merchandise, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-14 days for your refund to process. We are unable to offer free exchanges - please return your order and place a new order.

We do not take responsibility for any lost packages during return shipping. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet our stated requirements.
