By ordering goods from Urban Outfitters, I hereby authorize Rutherford Customs Broker chosen by Urban Outfitters to act as my agent, and to transact business with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to clear my merchandise, account for duties and taxes, to return merchandise to Urban Outfitters, and prepare and submit refund claims on my behalf for any merchandise that I return. I understand that the CBSA will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the broker, and that I will obtain the refund directly from Urban Outfitters. Further, I also authorize the customs broker to endorse any refund cheque issued by the CBSA in my name, so that Urban Outfitters can be reimbursed.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Please note that our delivery options refer only to the delivery time frame and not to the time required to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within 1 to 2 days of ordering, some orders may take additional time.
How do I track my order?

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders will ship out within 1 to 2 business days of ordering. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take up to 48 hours to process.
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, UrbanOutfitters.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Can I make changes to my shipping address after I place my order?
We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.
How do I know if my order has shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email.

Do you ship to remote areas in Canada?
Yes, we do ship to Northwest, Nunavut, and Yukon Territories. Please note that your order will ship via our Standard method and could take up to 20 days to arrive.
