X-girl
Inspired by the streets, X-girl is the pioneering ‘Girls Movement’ label by Sonic Youth’s Kim Gordon. An offshoot of XLARGE, a streetwear brand based in Los Angeles, X-girl have delivered guerrilla-style fashion shows and statement apparel since its 1993 launch. Constantly evolving with the tides of streetwear, X-girl’s collection of graphic tees, sweatshirts and cargos are inspired by sports, music and utility themes, frequently featuring the iconic X-girl face motif designed by the filmmaker Mike Mills.
