How to use Store Collection
Select your size and click on the Click + Collect box on the product page to see if the item you’re ordering is available in your chosen store. If the item is available to be collected, there will be an option to select Click + Collect. You’ll be able to collect within 24 hours or 3-5 working days, depending on stock availability. If you don't see your store, don't worry - just simply click the change store icon and enter your City or postcode. There will be a £2 charge at the point of payment which is non-refundable.
When you’ve placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and then a second email once the item is ready to be collected. You will not be able to collect your order until you receive the second email (be sure to also check junk folders), so make sure you’ve received that before you try.
In selected stores, you may see an option for UO To Go: Pavement Pick-Up, where a member of staff will bring your order to you outside the store. You'll find more details and collection instructions in your Ready to Collect email.
Your card will be authorised once you have completed the online purchase and a hold will appear on your account, but you will not be charged until you arrive and pick up your order.
How to collect your order
You will receive a ‘Ready to Pick Up’ email once your order is ready to be collected – be sure to check your junk and spam folders. Simply take your email to the store to collect your order (either print this out or bring it on your phone)!
If you would prefer that someone collects your order on your behalf, ping them your ‘Ready for collection email’, and stores will be happy to help!
You can pick up your order at a specific till point in our stores, look for the Click + Collect signs or ask any employee for help. In selected stores you will have the option to select 'Pavement Pick-Up' at the Checkout, and a member of staff will bring your order to you oustide the store.
Collection Timeframes
Items will be held for 7 days once they are ready for collecton. You will receive an email once the item is ready to collect, a reminder email 4 days later and a cancellation email if you do not collect the order within 7 days.
If you do not collect your order within the 7 day collection window, your order will be automatically cancelled and you will not be charged for the items. Any hold that may have appeared on your card will be released.

Exclusions
Some items may be restricted from Click & Collect due to limited availability and size restrictions. Please contact our Customer Service team with any questions regarding product availability.

How To Choose A Collection Point
When placing your order you will be able to choose CollectPlus as a delivery option on the Delivery Options page before you get to the Payment page of the checkout.
CollectPlus has thousands of stores throughout mainland UK. During checkout you will be able to select your nearest CollectPlus collection point, alternatively you can click here to find your nearest location
How to collect your parcel
Your parcel will be held at by CollectPlus at their collection point for 10 days before being returned to us.
You will receive gentle reminders from CollectPlus after 3 days and 7 days of the parcel arriving at the collection point if you haven’t already collected your parcel.
If your parcel is returned to us it will be processed as a return and a refund will be issued. Please note you may still be charged for the CollectPlus delivery cost. Any refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment within 3 – 5 working days.
Sending someone else to collect on your behalf?
Yes, it is possible for someone to collect your parcel on your behalf, but they must have your proof of ID and your collection code.

When you will be charged
If you’ve paid by debit or credit card, your card will only be charged once we’ve dispatched your order. For information on PayPal payments please see www.paypal.com.
We do our best to keep these dates accurate, but please be aware that, in rare circumstances, we may experience delays. In this case, we will email you the new expected delivery date.
Exclusions
Unfortunately, some items will not be eligible for delivery to a collection point. This is probably because the item selected in your basket is either too larger or too heavy for this delivery method.
