About Gift Cards

Stuck for a gift idea? Take the pressure off with a UO Gift Card – Always a winner! We offer both physical gift cards and E-Gift Cards and are available in either UK Pounds or Euros. Just go to the gift card product page for a Gift Card By Email and for a Gift Card By Post, select your chosen value and fill out the recipients details - you can even add a personal message (e-gift cards only).

For added security your gift card has a unique 4-digit PIN number. If you have a physical gift card, simply scratch off the scratch panel on the back of your card to reveal your PIN. For an e-gift card, this will be included in the gift card when it is emailed to the recipient email address.

All gift cards are not returnable or refundable, last for two years from purchase, and can be used in multiple transactions until the credit runs out.

Physical Gift Cards

Take the pressure off with an Urban Outfitters Gift Card. Just choose your amount and we'll load it up and send it to you. It comes in its own envelope, so you can add a personal message by hand. Job done!

Our gift cards are delivered with DPD and can take 1-5 working days to be delivered depending on the delivery option you choose.

E-Gift Cards

Take the pressure off with a UO E-Gift Card. Always a winner, our Gift Cards can be used online or simply printed out and used in stores. All you have to do is select your chosen amount, fill out the recipient's details and add a personal message. Job done!

Not received your e-gift card? Simply contact Customer Services by filling out the form here and our CS team will be able to re-send the e-gift card to you.

Gift Card Redemption

Both our Physical and E-Gift gift cards can be used both online and in store, however, they can only be redeemed in their purchased currency value. Therefore, a gift card purchased in UK pounds can be used in any of our UK stores and on our UK website and a gift card purchased in Euros can be used in any of our European stores (including Dublin) and on all Urban Outfitters European websites that operate in Euros.

You can work your way through the gift card with as many transactions as the balance allows and it's possible to use our gift cards in combination with a credit/debit card or cash payment, should payment exceed your gift card balance.

Lost Gift Cards

Gift Cards that are purchased through urbanoutfitters.com website or any of our affiliate Urban Outfitters stores are bearer documents. Urban Outfitters is unable to reissue Gift Cards that have been lost or stolen

Return Items Purchased with a Gift Card

If orders purchased with a gift card are returned, the refund is not applied to the original gift card, but instead a new e-gift card. This will be issued to the email address linked to the account used to make an online purchase.
