After you place your order, we'll email you an order confirmation that includes an order number.
Use your order number to to check the status or track your order. Just click here and enter your order number and billing zip code to view your order and shipping details.

Shipping Process
We package and ship your order as soon as possible. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. We only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to make sure your order is delivered on time, UrbanOutfitters.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
You will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
Backorders
Occasionally, an item for sale on UrbanOufitters.com has not yet been received at our distribution center or is so popular that it must be restocked. You may order a backordered item to reserve your favorite color and size, but it will not be shipped to you until it is in stock. The expected ship date will be listed when you add an item to your Shopping Bag. Backorder shipping dates are subject to change in rare instances. We will notify you with any date changes.
Instagram Checkout
US customers can now buy UO items directly from some of our Instagram posts! Shoppable posts are indicated with a shopping bag icon. Tab the icon, add your item to your bag and check out – all in Instagram. Your order history will be available in your Instagram profile. Discounts and promo codes cannot be applied to Instagram orders. Our UO customer service team will be able to help you with any issues with your Instagram order here.
California Proposition 65
Some of our products such as eyewear, phone accessories, electrical cords, upholstered furniture, tableware, holiday/party décor, vinyl, wallets, handbags, luggage, tools, fire pits, planters, terrariums, clutches, totes, jewelry, clothing and accessories may be made of materials containing chemicals identified on California Proposition 65. CO Retail Delivery Fee
Effective July 1, 2022, Colorado imposes a retail delivery fee on all deliveries by motor vehicle to a location in Colorado with at least one item of tangible personal property subject to state sales or use tax. The retailer or marketplace facilitator that collects the sales or use tax on the tangible personal property sold and delivered, including delivery by a third party, is liable to collect and remit the retail delivery fee. Deliveries include when any taxable goods are mailed, shipped, or otherwise delivered by motor vehicle to a purchaser in Colorado.

UrbanOutfitters.com accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, China Union Pay, Diners Club, PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Urban Outfitters Gift Cards and Urban Outfitters Store Merchandise Gift Cards.
If your payment method was declined, you may have entered your information incorrectly or there may be other issues with the card like a passed expiration date or insufficient funds. Please try a new payment method and contact your financial institution for more information if you continue to experience difficulties with your payment.

Payment Process
When you place an order on UrbanOutfitters.com, your credit or debit card is initially authorized (not charged) to ensure funds for the order are available. This authorization hold (not charge) will occur every 7 business days until your order ships. You will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.
Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax in all states as required. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address to which your order is shipped. We are required to collect tax on shipping charges when applicable. We are also required to collect tax in Puerto Rico and Australia.
Gift Cards
UO Gift Cards may be used or applied to any purchase at any US Urban Outfitters location or online at UrbanOutfitters.com. It is reusable and can be reloaded. Your card balance may be obtained at any Urban Outfitters location, online or by calling 1-800-920-5656.
UO Gift Cards may not be exchanged for cash, unless required by law or when the remaining balance is below $10. Urban Outfitters is not responsible for replacing lost or stolen gift cards. UO Gift Cards are not valid if purchased from a 3rd party site or location.
Unfortunately, some of our older gift cards cannot be used online. These gift cards can be used at our US stores or used to place an order by phone by calling (800) 282-2200.
