1.PLACING ORDERS AND CONTRACT CREATION
The steps for placing an order on the Site and for forming a contract with us are as follows:
- You will be guided through the ordering process by a series of instructions on the Site. You place your order at the end of this process by clicking on the "BUY NOW" button. You can review/amend your order at any time before clicking on the "BUY NOW" button. Unfortunately orders cannot be amended once they have been placed.
- Once you have placed your order, we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or an acceptance of your order by us. Your order is an offer to buy a product or products from us and your offer will not be deemed to have been accepted by us until we have sent you a despatch confirmation email, as below.
- As your product or products is/are shipped from the warehouse we will send you a despatch confirmation email, which will confirm that we have accepted your order. If we do not or cannot accept an order placed by you, for any reason, we will notify you. Once you receive the despatch confirmation email, a contract is formed between you and us in relation to the product or products set out in the email and payment will be taken. No product will be shipped until payment has been made in full. The despatch confirmation email will contain:
-Details of your order
-Anticipated delivery date for your order or orders (if shipped separately)
-Information regarding your right to cancel the contract formed with us
Please check the details of the order acknowledgement email and the despatch confirmation email carefully. It is your responsibility to notify us if there are any errors or inconsistencies by contacting Customer Services at the address above or by using the email form referred to in the Information About Us section above.
The contract between us for products sold via the Site will be concluded in English. We will not file the specific details of your contract. If you do require any information regarding orders you have placed with us, please check your order history on the Site (if you have an account with us) or write to us at the address set out above.
Please note that you must be 18 years or older to purchase products from the Site. By placing an order for products on the Site, you confirm and warrant that you are aged 18 years or older.
2.PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND DESCRIPTION
We try to be as specific as possible on the Site about products and product availability, including, availability of size, colour and type, quantity of stock available and the product description. However, while try our best to ensure that product information on our website is correct, it is possible that the Site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted an order).
Please also note that because the colours of the products you will see on the Site depend on your monitor/screen, we cannot guarantee that the display of colour will be accurate and some colours may vary.
If you have ordered a product that is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible by email and give you an estimated date of when the product is due to be back in stock and available for despatch to you (Please note - some items may not be back in stock and dates are subject to change). Alternatively, you will be entitled to cancel your order and receive a refund from us (if your card/PayPal account has already been charged). In all other circumstances where you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund in accordance with our Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Please note that the information provided about products on the Site is for information purposes only. Please make sure you read all labels, warnings and directions provided with the product before use.
3.PRICING AND PAYMENT
The price of products is quoted on the Site in GBP (£) and EUR (€) and includes VAT/GST, (where applicable). Prices quoted exclude delivery costs which are added to the total cost of the order during the order process, but before you click on the "BUY NOW" button. Please see our Delivery Policy for delivery costs by destination and item type. Delivery costs include VAT/GST (where applicable). VAT is not included in our prices for customers outside of the EU (including Channel Islands). GST is included in our prices for shipments to Australia. Products that are shipped to countries outside of the UK and the EU may be subject to taxes, brokerage fees, customs duties and import fees levied by the destination country.
Despite our best efforts, some products may be listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or systems error. We reserve the right to review and change product prices on the Site at any time without notice and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price, whether or not the order(s) has/ve been confirmed and your card/PayPal account charged. If your card/PayPal account has already been charged for such a purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a refund to your card/PayPal account (as applicable) in the amount of the incorrect price.

4.DELIVERY
Please see our Delivery Policy for delivery costs by destination and item type.
We aim to deliver your ordered products by the estimated date set out in the despatch confirmation email, or, if no date is given, at the latest within 30 days of the date of the despatch confirmation email. In the event that your delivery is delayed for any reason within our control, we will do our best to keep you informed of the estimated delivery date. Please note that if the product(s) is/are not delivered within 30 days of the despatch confirmation email, you are entitled to cancel the order and be refunded any amounts paid by you for that order. Please see our Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information on your right to cancel.
Ownership of and risk in the products you have ordered will pass to you from the time they are delivered to you. If you decide to return the product(s) to us for a refund or exchange in accordance with our Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges Policy, risk will remain with you until you have posted the returned products to us or you have returned the products to an Urban Outfitters store in the EU.
5.CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please read our Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges Policy which details how to return unwanted or unsuitable items for a refund or exchange.
We will issue a free postal return form for all items that have been purchased from www.urbanoutfitters.com/en-gb at full price. Forms will be included in the package along with the returns note, or alternatively can be obtained by contacting Customer Services. Items brought in our sale or at markdown prices do not qualify for this service, and the customer is responsible for covering the cost of sending them back.
In addition to our general 30-day returns policy for unwanted products, consumers have a 14 day period in which to cancel their contract with us and receive a full refund. Details of these rights and how to exercise it are provided in the despatch confirmation email and in our Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges Policy.
6.WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS
If you are purchasing products as a consumer: unless specific warranties are expressly given when you purchase products from our site (for example, a manufacturer’s warranty), we do not give any warranties or guarantees in respect of such products over and above those implied by applicable law (these include, for example, that the products are of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of that kind are commonly supplied). We remain responsible, however, for supplying products that conform to the contract.
If you are purchasing products from us as a business: to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
7.OUR LIABILITY
There are certain liabilities which cannot be excluded by law and nothing in these Terms of Sale limits our liability for these, including for personal injury or death caused by our negligence or for fraud. Also, nothing in these Terms of Sale limits your statutory rights if you are contracting with us as a consumer, including your right to a replacement or repair where products supplied are not of satisfactory quality.
Subject to the above, we are only responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms of sale (for example, if the loss or damage was an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time we entered into the contract). In any event, we are not liable for: (1) any losses, howsoever arising, related to any business of yours including (without limitation) lost data, lost profits, lost revenues or business interruption; or (2) any special or indirect loss or damage, howsoever arising, unless that loss or damage is foreseeable to both of us at the time we entered into a contract.
8.PROMOTIONAL CODES
Unless otherwise expressly stated in the terms and conditions for a particular promotional code, promotional codes cannot be combined and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/discount. For example, unless expressly permitted for a particular promotional code, you cannot use a student discount in combination with another promotional code. If you have more than one promotional code and the codes cannot be combined, it is up to you to use the promotional code that has the biggest benefit to you.
9.GENERAL
Only you and we shall have any rights to enforce any term of the contract formed between us.
The contract formed between us, which includes these Terms of Sale and any document referred to in them, constitutes the whole agreement between us and supersedes all prior agreements (written or oral), arrangements and understandings between us relating to the same subject matter.
If any of these Terms of Sale or any provision of the contract formed between us is held by any court or other competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the affected term or provision will be removed from the remaining terms and provisions, which shall continue to be valid.

Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination – harming wildlife and also human health.
We’re proud to support your local authority in providing local recycling facilities for electrical equipment.
To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with this symbol) in your bin.
What is WEEE?
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items.
How are we helping?
In the UK, distributors including retailers must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. As a responsible retailer, we have met the requirements placed on us by financially supporting the national network of WEEE recycling centres established by local authorities. This is achieved through membership of the national Distributor Take-back scheme (DTS).

15. UO REWARDS - UK LOYALTY PROGRAM!
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By registering for and participating in uo rewards, you agree to be bound by the terms described herein and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not register for UO Rewards.
1. The Program
1.1
The UO Reward Loyalty Program (“Program”) is a loyalty program that rewards members for the many ways they interact and engage with Urban Outfitters. The Program is free to join and allows our members to earn rewards for everyday activities like browsing our website at http://www.urbanoutfitters.com/en-gb (the “Site”)”), making a purchase, downloading the UO app and much more. Program members can redeem earned rewards in-store, online and in the Urban Outfitters’ mobile application.
2. Membership Eligibility & Overview
2.1
The Program is offered at the sole discretion of Urban Outfitters, Inc., 5000 South Broad Street, Philadelphia PA 19112-1495 (“Urban Outfitters,” “UO,” “we,” “our” or “us”). We are the promoter of the Program. The Program is available to individuals for their personal use only and is limited to one account per individual. Individuals who are legal residents of the United Kingdom and who are age 18 years or older and who provide and maintain a valid email address are eligible to become members. No purchase is necessary. We may refuse to create an account for any reason. Employees and individuals employed by us or by our business partners or vendors are eligible for membership for personal use only but may be excluded from certain benefits of the Program in our sole but reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the ability to achieve Silver or Gold Tier status.
2.2
By joining the Program and becoming a Program member, you (individually and collectively, “you” or “Member”), agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by any changes or modifications we may make from time to time. (We will reflect the last date of any update at the top of the page of these Terms.) You also agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy and the terms and conditions of the UO App all of which are incorporated herein by this reference.
2.3
You should review these Terms and the related policies and our FAQs frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to the Program as they may change from time to time. These Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with us, including any agreement for the purchase of products. If you do not agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms and Conditions, you should not participate in the Program. The Program is void where prohibited by law.
3. Program Enrolment
3.1
Eligible individuals may enrol in the Program using their existing UO account or by creating a new one and then providing their name and email address and creating a password. If an individual joins the Program at the point of sale in-store and does not already have an existing web account, they should create one using the same email address to complete enrolment.
3.2
Once you have enrolled, you will be assigned a UO Rewards ID that is unique to you and your UO Rewards account. Your UO Rewards ID or registered email address is required to track in-store purchases. Members will only receive credit for in-store purchases if their UO Rewards ID has been scanned or if they have provided the in-store associate with the email address associated with their UO Rewards account.
3.3
You may also enrol for the Program through the UO App. Download the UO App to your mobile device and follow the prompts to register for the Program. Use of the UO App may entail message, data and other charges from your mobile service provider. We are not responsible for any data charges or other costs associated with use of the UO App. Downloading the UO App is not required to join the Program but using the UO App is the best way to get the most out of your UO Rewards membership. The UO App gives you on-the-go access to your UO Rewards dashboard and exclusive product giveaways. It also allows you to track your progress toward future rewards and to keep track of earned rewards and their expiration dates. The UO App also contains your UO Rewards ID, which can be used to track in-store purchases. You may also enroll in the UO Rewards Program at the point of sale in-store when an associate or the self-checkout machine will guide you through the signup process. If you do not have an existing account under the email address provided in store, you will need to create one to utilize your UO Rewards membership benefits.
3.4
You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for updating your account information as required on the Site or through the App.
3.5
Only one Program account should be associated with a single member and a single email address. In the event of a dispute over the identity of the member enrolled in the Program, the member will be deemed to be the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of enrolment, as determined by us in our sole discretion.
4. How the Program Works and Program Benefits
4.1
The Program is the way in which we reward you for the many ways you interact and engage with Urban Outfitters. Although shopping at UO will get you closer to earning certain exclusive rewards, no purchase is necessary to enjoy many of the benefits of your Program membership. Simply joining the Program and interacting with UO will get you deeper discounts and early access during sales, chances to win prizes and more.
4.2
You can earn rewards (“UO Rewards”) in many ways. We are always looking for new ways to recognize and reward our Members, so be sure to use the UO Rewards dashboard in the UO App or on the web under My Account to track progress towards your next reward and your tier status. All UO Rewards points earned will automatically expire and be cleared from your account on January 31 of each calendar year at 12 am EST. Any achieved tier status will not be affected by the expiry of points on each January 31.
4.2.a
All of the following actions can receive rewards points:
A. Join UO Rewards - limited to one (1) time per account.
B. Make a purchase - unlimited unless activity is declared fraudulent at the discretion of Urban Outfitters
C. Download the UO App - limited to one (1) time per account. If a participant has downloaded the app before becoming a member, no points will be awarded.
D. Enable push notifications in the UO App - limited to one (1) time per account. If a customer has enabled push notifications in the app before becoming a member, no points will be awarded.
E. Subscribe to Email - limited to one (1) time per account. If a participant has subscribed to email before becoming a member, no points will be awarded.
F. Browse the UO Site or App – limited to five (5) web or app sessions in a calendar month, Each session requires that the member is signed in to their account and each session must take place on a different day.
G. Write Product Reviews - limited to three (3) times per month per account. A member may write more than three product reviews, but only three (3) will be awarded points.
H. Purchase products from the Urban Renewal product class - unlimited unless activity is declared fraudulent at the discretion of Urban Outfitters
4.2.b.
Points generally will be awarded within a day of the time the action is complete. Write-a-review points will only be administered once a review is accepted by a third party monitoring system and posted on the Urban Outfitters website.
4.2.c.
One benefit of the UO Rewards program is your ability to graduate to a higher tier in order to access more valuable benefits. All members will be placed at the Member Tier upon enrollment. Those members who earn 300 points in any calendar year will earn Silver Tier Status. Silver Tier receives all of the Member benefits, a Choose Your Own Sale day promo code valid for one use from the date Silver Tier status is achieved, and entry into monthly gift card drawings. Those members who earn 600 points in any calendar year will earn Gold Tier status. Gold Tier members will receive all the benefits of Silver Tier members plus an additional Choose Your Own Sale day promo code valid for one year from the date Gold Tier status is achieved and surprise rewards codes. All members who enroll will stay at the Member Tier if no higher level is achieved. Silver and Gold Tier status will be valid until the end of the following calendar year from the date achieved. If a member in the Silver or Gold Tier does not meet the criteria from the start to end of that second calendar year to maintain their tier status, they will be placed in a new tier based on the total points they have earned in that year. For example, if Silver Tier status was achieved in June 2020, the member would retain Silver Tier status until December 31, 2021 but if that member did not earn at least 300 points in 2021, their tier status would be changed to the Member Tier on December 31, 2021. We reserve the right to add or remove a member from any tier in the Program if we believe their activity and the points earned to achieve a tier status were fraudulent or an abuse of the Program.
4.3
You must be logged into the UO App or logged in to your account on the Site to receive credit for purchases made online or through the UO App. Your engagement with the Program translates into UO Rewards. Rewards can vary and may include (as determined by us in our sole discretion):
(a) reward certificates with a monetary value that can be credited as part payment for purchases (as long as you spend at least £5.01/€5.01 more than the amount of the reward certificate), (b) access to special offers like exclusive promotions, early access to sales and collections, and deeper discounts during sales, (c) a present on your membership anniversary, and (d) chances to win epic prizes like signed merchandise from your favourite artists, UO gift cards and shopping sprees.
All reward certificates with a monetary value will be credited in the currency being used to make a purchase and without regard to any exchange rates. For example, if you have a reward certificate for £5.00 but you are paying for your purchase in Euros, the reward certificate will be credited as part payment at €5.00.
4.4
The Reward earned for any purchase or Program action will vary and we reserve the right to change the Rewards awarded for a Program purchase or Program action from time to time; or to delete or replace any Program purchase or Program action at any time in our sole discretion.
4.5
Progress toward your next UO Reward may take up to 48 hours to be reflected in the UO Rewards dashboard. If you believe that a Program purchase or other Program activity was not properly applied to your account, you should contact Customer Service at customerservice@urbanoutfitters.co.uk or on 0333 014 4410. Your email must specify your name and email address associated with the Program, the date of the Program activity, and the issue(s) you encountered.
4.6
Once you have earned a UO Reward, you may be notified by email and through push notification (through the UO App) that your UO Reward is available. When you are ready to complete your next purchase, apply the UO Reward code to your order on the Site or via the UO App, or have an in-store associate apply the code during checkout. You will need your unique UO Rewards ID or email address for in-store purchases. If you do not save your emailed Reward notification, you can also access your Rewards through the UP App or on My Account on the Urban Outfitters website.
4.7
Once you accumulate enough UO Rewards to reach 100 points in your Rewards progress, the Program will automatically redeem the UO Rewards points for a £5.00/€5.00 credit towards your next UO purchase. Your UO Rewards balance will then reset to zero and future UO Rewards earned will once again accumulate until you reach 100 points. Your total points for the year for tier status purposes will not be affected. £5.00/€5.00 UO Rewards will expire within 60 days from the date the UO Reward was earned or over such other time period as is specified in the particular UO Reward or as we may elect from time to time. Always check the expiration date on your UO Reward! If you do not use your UO Reward or benefit within the specified time frame, such reward or benefit shall expire. We are under no obligation to provide an alternative in the event you do not exercise your UO Reward or benefit. UO Rewards may not be combined.
4.8
The easiest way to check on your UO Rewards progress is to use the UO Rewards Dashboard available in the UO App or under My Account on the web. You can also track your progress and learn more about upcoming Program actions and rewards by looking for emails from us to stay up to date or by receiving push notifications through the UO App alerting you when rewards have been earned or are close to expiring.
4.9
UO Rewards and benefits earned through the Program have no monetary value and are non-transferable, and are awarded at our sole discretion. You have no property rights in or to UO Rewards or Program benefits. Rewards credited to your Program account may be decreased or reversed, as applicable, if part or all of a Program purchase is returned or cancelled; if a Program action is deemed abusive of the Program, offensive, untrue, libelous or illegal or fraudulent, or if the credit is obtained through other activity that violates these Terms as determined by us in our sole but reasonable discretion. Products or services received as UO Rewards or benefits cannot be exchanged or returned for other Rewards, another product or service or for a monetary refund. The sale, barter, transfer, or assignment of any Rewards or benefits offered through the Program, other than by us, is expressly prohibited.
4.10
The products and services available as UO Rewards are for personal use only and may not be sold or resold. We reserve the right, without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled and/or any products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole but reasonable discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms, or which may violate English law.
4.11
We are not responsible for UO Rewards or benefits lost or redeemed due to fraudulent activity by you or any third party.
4.12
We reserve the right to change Program benefits, how you earn Rewards and how we evaluate and reward your Program purchases and/or other Program activity. We reserve the right to place limits on the number of purchases or activities that are eligible for the Program, the number or types of rewards or benefits you may receive or earn, in a given time period or for the duration of the Program, and/or any combination thereof. Changes to the Program will be set forth in these Terms and will be effective on the date the Terms are posted to the Site (with the effective date reflected at the beginning of the Terms). Continued participation in the Program following posting of updated or modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms as so updated and modified.
5. Program Communications
5.1
By enrolling in the Program, you consent to receiving Program related e-mails, including Program marketing e-mails. We also may give you the option to opt-in to receive other marketing communications from us at the time of enrolment.
5.2
You may opt-out of receiving Program-related emails (including Program marketing emails) or Urban Outfitters marketing emails at any time by following the instructions provided in the email and as otherwise provided in the Privacy Policy. If you opt-out of Program-related emails, you will no longer receive emails regarding your Program status or the Program rewards or benefits that may be available to you and this information will only be available through your online account, through the UO App or by contacting Customer Service at customerservice@urbanoutfitters.co.uk or on 0333 0144 410. If you do not want to receive any communications from Urban Outfitters, please terminate your membership and stop participating in the Program.
6. Termination & Modification
6.1
The Program and its benefits are offered at our sole discretion. Except where prohibited by law, we may, in our discretion, cancel, modify, restrict or terminate these Terms and/or the Program or any aspect or feature of the Program at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the value of UO Rewards or benefits already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to redeem accumulated UO Rewards or benefits. Changes to the Program will be set forth in these Terms and will be effective on the date the Terms are posted to the Site (with the effective date reflected at the beginning of the Terms). Continued participation in the Program following posting of updated or modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms as so updated and modified.
6.2
We reserve the right to exclude you from or to discontinue your participation in the Program and to audit your membership account at any time, in our sole but reasonable discretion. Any suspected abuse of the Program, failure to comply with any Terms, failure to make a purchase using your Program account within 24 months, illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation or other conduct inconsistent with these Terms and/or detrimental to us or our interests, including without limitation, any suspected illegal, fraudulent or other unauthorized use of any Program Rewards, vouchers, coupons and/or certificates (all as determined by us in our sole but reasonable discretion), may result in the revocation of your membership and make you ineligible for further participation in the Program. If your membership is revoked, any UO Rewards or benefits in your account will automatically expire and your access to the Program and features will automatically terminate. If we suspect illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitations of Liability
7.1
The laws of certain jurisdictions, do not allow the exclusion or limitation of legal warranties, conditions, representations, liability or certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the below exclusions or limitations may not apply.
7.2
Neither urban outfitters nor our parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, or licensors make any representations, warranties or conditions of any kind whatsoever, express or implied, in connection with these terms or the program or any of the rewards or benefits associated with the program, except to the extent such representations, warranties and conditions are not legally excludable. This provision does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer nor does it affect your contract cancellation rights.
7.3
You agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither Urban Outfitters nor our parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, or licensors will be responsible (whether in contract, tort (including negligence) pre-contract or otherwise) for any (a) interruption of business; (b) access delays or access interruptions to the program; (c) data non-delivery, loss, theft, failed delivery, corruption, destruction or other modification; (d) loss or damages of any sort incurred as a result of dealings with or the presence of third party links on the site or use of any reward or benefit of the program; (e) computer viruses, system failures or malfunctions which may occur in connection with your use of the site, including during hyperlink to or from third party websites; (f) any inaccuracies or omissions in program content; or (g) events beyond our reasonable control. We make no representations, warranties or conditions that defects or errors will be corrected. Nothing in this provision shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our servants, agents or employees.
7.4
Further, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither Urban Outfitters nor our parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, or licensors will be liable for any economic losses (such as loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings), loss of goodwill or reputation or any special or indirect losses any kind related to the program and/or your participation therein, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) pre-contract or otherwise (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and in no event shall our maximum aggregate liability exceed one hundred pounds (£100.00).
7.5
If you are dissatisfied with the program for any reason, termination of your membership in the program is your sole remedy. We have no other obligation, liability, or responsibility to you except as expressly required by law.
8. Idemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us, our parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, licensors, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless for any loss, damages or costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any third party claim, action, or demand resulting from your breach of the Program or its Terms or your violation of any law, rule or regulation.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
Unless the laws of your jurisdiction require that those laws apply, this Program and these Terms will be governed by and construed under the substantive laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England
10. Privacy & Data Protection
The personal information collected from you in connection with the Program, including but not limited to information regarding purchases made in connection with your Program membership, will be used and disclosed to administer your participation in the Program and otherwise in accordance with the Privacy Policy. As our Privacy Policy indicates, we use and retain the information we collect from you to do many things, including to protect UO from malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, including attempts to manipulate Program benefits or to violate the Program or these Terms
11. Entire Agreement, Waiver & Survival
These Terms govern our relationship with you as it relates to the Program. You confirm that, in agreeing to accept the Terms, you have not relied on any representation except as expressly set forth in these Terms and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any such representation not included in these Terms. Your Statutory Rights are not affected by these Terms. Each provision of the Terms shall be construed as separately applying and surviving even if for any reason one or other of those provisions is held to be inapplicable or unenforceable in the circumstances. No waiver by us will be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach of any provision in these Terms.
