These shipping rates are not applicable for orders shipped outside of the US. Some oversized items may require an additional shipping charge. Free Shipping applies only to merchandise; taxes and Gift Cards do not count toward the Free Shipping total. Rush Shipping may not be available for all orders depending on fulfillment location.

Our Shipping Process
We package and ship your order as soon as possible. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.
Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, UrbanOutfitters.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
You will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
Track Your Order
To track your order, please click here and enter your order number and billing zip code. You will then be able to view all of your order and shipping details. If you have an account, you can also view these details in your Order History.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain items such as hairspray, nail polish remover, nail polish and items containing lithium batteries are required by the US Department of Transportation to be shipped via a ground service. Orders with these shipping requirements cannot be shipped outside of the contiguous US or via Rush or Express shipping methods. Items with special shipping requirements will be noted on the product detail page in the Shipping + Returns section.
Furniture & Oversize Item Shipping
Our furniture and oversize items ship to you by delivery carrier or by a furniture delivery company. Due to the size, weight or special care needed, these items may require a carrier handling surcharge or a flat-rate delivery fee. Additional fees will be noted on the product detail page for each item. See below for more information.
Some furniture and oversize items take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive once shipped. Made-to-order items may take additional time.

Unforeseen distribution delays may extend delivery dates of some furniture items. We’ll let you know ASAP if anything changes with your order.
Carrier Handling Surcharge
Some of our items that ship via standard ground services may require a handling surcharge by the carrier due to the size, weight or special care needed to ship the item. The fee applies to each quantity of an item in your order and is in addition to any other applicable shipping fees.
Flat-Rate Truck Delivery
Many of our furniture and select oversized items are delivered by a furniture delivery company for a flat-rate shipping fee. No matter how many items eligible for Flat-Rate Truck Delivery you place in a single order, your qualifying items will be delivered by furniture delivery truck for a flat-rate fee. This fee applies only to the qualifying items in your order. Additional shipping fees may apply to other items in your order.
Some furniture and oversized items take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive once they ship. Made-to-order items may take additional time.
The delivery company will call to schedule your appointment. Standard delivery hours are between 8AM and 5PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery includes complementary placement of items inside your residence in your immediate entryway. Please be sure to include all pertinent shipping information at Checkout like your apartment, floor or building number so the delivery team can delivery your items to you.
Flat-Rate Truck Delivery items are unable to ship to US territories, Alaska, Hawaii, islands within the continental US, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses and locations outside of the US. Overnight and express delivery options are also unavailable.
